РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ ФАКТОРОВ РИСКА ДЛЯ КАРДИОХИРУРГИЧЕСКИАССОЦИИРОВАННОГО ОСТРОГО ПОЧЕЧНОГО ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ (ОБЗОР)
Резюме: Острое почечное повреждение у новорожденных, находящихся в критическом состоянии,
резко утяжеляет прогноз заболевания, сопровождается значительной летальностью и неблагоприятными отдаленными исходами.
В настоящее время остается ряд нерешенных вопросов, касающихся интенсивной терапии у новорожденных с острым почечным повреждением, что требует детального изучения факторов риска, приводящие к острому почечному повреждению.
Цель обзора: Изучить и обобщить предрасполагающих факторов для кардиохирургически-ассоциированного острого почечного повреждения у новорожденных детей для дальнейшей разработки алгоритма ранней диагностики и интенсивной терапии в раннем послеоперационном периоде.
Ключевые слова: кардиохирургически-ассоциированное острое почечное повреждение, почечная
