ИНТРАОПЕРАЦИОННЫЙ ФЛОППИ-ИРИС СИНДРОМ
(ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)
Резюме: Интраоперационный синдром атоничой радужной оболочки или интраоперационный флоппи-ирис
синдром (intraoperative floppy-iris syndrome – IFIS) был впервые описан в 2005 году докторами D.F Chang и J.R.
Campbell у пациентов, с сопутствующим диагнозом доброкачественной гиперпазии предстательной железы (ДГПЖ),
которые принимали тамсулозин и проходили хирургическое лечение катаракты [1].
Все антагонисты α-АР (α-адренорецепторы) вызывают потенциальные системные побочные эффекты, такие как
гипотензия, головокружение, а также побочные эффекты со стороны глаз, как диффузная атрофия мышц,
расширяющих зрачок и приводящих к интраоперационному синдрому атоничой радужки (IFIS) [1,3]. IFIS различают
по клинической тяжести: легкой степени, средней и тяжелой. Чаще всего в катарактальной хирургии встречается
IFIS тяжелой степени, который характеризуется триадой симптомов: вздутие и дрожание радужной оболочки, ее
выпадение в рану и прогрессирующий миоз, что является неожидаемым для хирурга и может привести к
интраоперационным осложнениям [1,4-7].
