ПОДХОДЫ К ПРЕПОДАВАНИЮ ФАРМАКОНАДЗОРА
В ВЫСШИХ УЧЕБНЫХ ЗАВЕДЕНИЯХ

Резюме: Нежелательные реакции (НР) лекарственных средств (ЛС) представляют собой серьезную проблему фармакотерапии и являются дополнительным физическим, моральным и материальным бременем, как для пациентов, так и для системы здравоохранения (СЗ).
Несмотря на то, что фармаконадзор (ФН) является одной из основных составляющих обращения
ЛС в странах, где этот процесс урегулирован на законодательном уровне, его осуществление
имеет ряд пробелов. По мнению авторов статьи, к ним прежде всего относится проблема подготовки медицинских работников (специалистов, получивших высшее, среднее специальное медицинское или фармацевтическое образование) по вопросам ФН на до- и последипломном этапах обучения.
Хотя ФН имеет важное значение при проведении фармакотерапии, медицинские работники имеют
о нем ограниченные знания. Опыт авторов этой публикации свидетельствует, что уровень осведомленности медицинских работников в основном сводится к сообщениям о НР ЛС. Небольшое
количество медицинских работников имеет целостное представление о ФН, его роли и значении
для отдельно взятого пациента, общественного здоровья и/или для системы здравоохранения.
Современные подходы к оказанию медицинской помощи, повышение значения рационального назначения ЛС и предотвращения НР ЛС являются факторами, определяющими необходимость приобретения адекватных знаний и компетенций в области ФН для специалистов СЗ. В связи с вышеизложенным, мы поставили задачу определить круг образовательных мероприятий , которые были
бы эффективны в продвижении ФН.
